Vadim Kolomnikov is an associate in the Moscow office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Infrastructure and Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. He is recommended by as one of the leading Corporate Real Estate/Construction lawyers in Russia.

Mr. Kolomnikov has relevant experience in advising international and Russian clients on all aspects of projects related to construction, development, land issues, property management and other issues related to real estate, construction and development in Russia. He has represented major international and Russian clients in various transactions in real estate and construction (in greenfield, brownfield and other projects), acting both for developers and contractors, and has been involved in legal proceedings related to development and construction.

Mr. Kolomnikov joined the firm in 2011, graduating with honors from the Moscow State University Law School in 2013. In 2015, Mr. Kolomnikov obtained a Master of Private Law (Master of Jurisprudence) from the Russian School of Private Law (Institute) of the Russian Government.

Mr. Kolomnikov is admitted to practise in Russia. He is fluent in Russian and English.
