Justice H. Walters is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Walters joined Debevoise in 2021. Mr. Walters received a J.D. from Howard University School of Law in 2021, where he was a senior articles editor for the Howard Law Journal and a student attorney in the Investor Justice & Education Clinic. Mr. Walters received a B.A. cum laude from Howard University  in 2017.
