- The Financial Condition (E) Committee of the NAIC adopted the White Paper on Captives and Special Purpose Vehicles on July 17.
- The E Committee also charged the Financial Analysis (E) Working Group of the NAIC with performing a peer review of XXX and AXXX captive insurer reserve financings entered into by nationally significant insurance companies.
