Deborah Enix-Ross, Senior Advisor to Debevoise & Plimpton’s International Dispute Resolution practice, has been elected Chair of the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates for the 2016 - 2018 term. Partner Matthew L. Biben Appointed to NYS Commission on Judicial Nomination

Matthew L. Biben, a litigation partner at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, has been appointed today by Chief Judge Janet DiFiore to the New York State Commission on Judicial Nomination, which screens candidates for vacancies on the Court of Appeals. Appointments to the 12-member commission are divided evenly among the three branches of government. He will be replacing Margaret Morton, who is resigning from the Commission, and serving the balance of her term, which expires on March 31, 2018. His appointment is effective immediately. Read more >
