Experience
Jennifer Burleigh is a corporate partner and member of the firm’s Private Equity and Investment Management Groups. Her practice focuses principally on advising sponsors in the formation of a broad array of private investment funds, including leveraged buyout, international private equity, energy/infrastructure, mezzanine and distressed debt and equity funds. Ms. Burleigh’s private fund clients include EIG Global Energy Partners, Friedman, Fleischer & Lowe, Gávea Investimentos, Odyssey Investment Partners, PineBridge Investments, Trust Company of the West and Vinci Partners.
