Experience
Jennifer Burleigh is a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group whose practice focuses on alternative assets, with a particular focus on private investment funds. Her practice covers a broad array of private investment funds including leveraged buyout, international private equity, energy/infrastructure, mezzanine and distressed debt funds. Ms. Burleigh’s private fund clients include Trust Company of the West, Odyssey Investment Partners, PineBridge Investments and Friedman, Fleischer & Lowe. She has also advised a number of sophisticated financial institutions in connection with the establishment of their employee investment programs.
