Experience
Peter J. Loughran is a corporate partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Securities Group. He concentrates his practice in securities law and capital markets transactions. He regularly represents issuers and underwriters in US and international securities offerings and also advises on a broad range of corporate governance matters. Mr. Loughran spent three years practicing in the firm’s London office and has extensive experience representing clients globally.
