Fengjian Ao is a corporate associate based in the Shanghai office. Mr. Ao focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and foreign direct investments in China.

Mr. Ao received his LL.M. in 2014 from the University of Virginia School of Law, his LL.M. in 2007 from the National University of Singapore and his LL.B. in 2005 from China University of Political Science and Law. He passed the PRC Bar Exam in 2005.

Mr. Ao’s native language is Mandarin and he is fluent in English.
