Hannah R. Levine is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Healthcare & Life Sciences Groups.

Ms. Levine joined Debevoise in 2020. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law magna cum laude and Order of the Coif in 2020, completing concentrations in both Health Law and Compliance. Ms. Levine earned a Certificate in Healthcare Compliance and was a corporate compliance fellow in Johnson & Johnson’s Healthcare Compliance & Privacy and Law Departments. Ms. Levine served as a comments editor for the Seton Hall Law Review and spent her last semester of law school as an extern at the U.S. Food & Drug Administration Office of Policy, Legislation, and International Affairs.

Ms. Levine is a co-author of the Practising Law Institute’s 2023 edition of the “Privacy Law Answer Book.” Her other publications include “Anticipating Regulatory Reform: The Implications of Machine-Learning Technology on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Regulatory Approval Process for Medical Devices,” 50 Seton Hall L. Rev. 50 (2020) as well as “Top Mind of Tomorrow: ‘Hope to Pay it Forward,’” Compliance Week (June, 2019).

Prior to law school, Ms. Levine worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the James J. Peters VA Medical Center. She received a B.A. summa cum laude from Skidmore College in 2014.
