This is the final part of a six-part article analyzing the efforts to create effective resolution regimes for systemically important cross-border banking institutions. This part discusses changes to Title II of the Dodd-Frank Act recommended by the Treasury Department in a recent report, implementation of the resolution plan requirement in Title I of the Dodd-Frank Act, and the development of a proposed subchapter V to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code for financial institutions.
