Brianna Passman is a corporate staff attorney in the Investment Management Group.
Ms. Passman joined Debevoise in 2022. Prior to joining the New York office, Ms. Passman was an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York. Ms. Passman received her J.D. cum laude from Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law in 2020, and her B.A. from the Florida State University in 2017.
Ms. Passman is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
