In 2021, Debevoise hosted its second Attorneys of Color Retreat where over 100 attorneys of color, firm partners, alumni and clients convened for two half-days of connection, thought leadership and fun. The theme of the retreat was “How Attorneys of Color Can Position Themselves for Success,” with the keynote speech given by Professor Kenji Yoshino, Chief Earl Warren Professor of Constitutional Law at New York University School of Law.
