This article provides a summary of the new senior managers regime, certification regime and conduct rules for individuals performing controlled functions in UK firms, building societies, credit unions, PRA-designed investment firms and branches of foreign firms operating in the UK which comes into force on 7 March 2016. It also provides a summary of the senior managers regime insurance and the SIMR.
