Debevoise tax partner Gary M. Friedman spoke with Bloomberg about the impact of tax reform on multinational businesses, such as technology companies, pharmaceutical makers, automakers and reinsurers. Mr. Friedman said of the proposed excise tax, “It’s a very big gorilla in the living room.” He also noted that “The tax would affect U.S. companies with related-party foreign supply chains.”
