Debevoise & Plimpton LLP partners David Grosgold and Natalie L. Reid have been named “Rising Stars” for 2015 by the New York Law Journal. Mr. Grosgold is a partner in Debevoise’s Corporate Department and Financial Institutions Group. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions in the insurance and financial services industry, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reinsurance and bancasurance transactions in the U.S., Latin America and Asia, as well as corporate and insurance regulatory matters.
Ms. Reid is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and International Dispute Resolution Group. She focuses on international arbitration, public international law and complex commercial litigation matters, acting as counsel in treaty disputes and arbitral proceedings arising under the rules of the major arbitration institutions.
