Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC (“J.C. Flowers”) in its definitive agreement to acquire AmeriLife Group (“AmeriLife”) from Reservoir Capital Group and Black Diamond Capital Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
