In its fourteenth year, the awards ceremony, held on June 18th, 2015 at Cipriani Wall Street, honors “a microcosm of the best of Asian American business owners, professionals and corporate executives who are engaged in a wide range of business interests.”
Ms. Ball, a partner in the firm’s Business Restructuring & Workouts Group, regularly represents debtors, investors, creditors and other parties in distressed mergers & acquisitions, workouts, debt and equity financings and refinancings, complex restructurings and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
Ms. Ball is recognized by The Legal 500 US (2014), where she is praised for her “strong management skills and critical thinking” and The Legal 500 US (2010), where she was noted as “particularly good.” She has also been recognized as an “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer” (2013) by Turnarounds & Workouts and has received Turnaround Management Association’s 2014 Transaction of the Year: Mega Company Award.
Ms. Ball is a member of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation, the International Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
