Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Truck-Lite Co., LLC (Truck-Lite) in its sale to an affiliate of Koch Equity Development LLC and BDT Capital Partners, LLC, through its investment funds. Truck-Lite is a leading provider of safety lighting and filtration systems for commercial vehicles as well as LED lighting to the off-road industry, and is currently owned by Penske Corporation and funds affiliated with Kelso & Company. Completion of the transaction is expected in the fourth quarter of 2015, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Additional terms of the deal were not disclosed.
