Debevoise partner Jane Shvets will be among the panelists at “GIR Live Women in Investigations” discussing grey areas in privilege. With the scope and approach to privilege shifting in the UK, U.S. and continental Europe, the current investigations landscape is becoming increasingly unclear. This panel seeks to explore the challenges, and even opportunities, that these grey areas present.

Ms. Shvets will also be featured in Global Investigation Review’s 2018 Women in Investigations Survey. The survey will be released in conjunction with the panel event, profiling 100 remarkable women in the field of investigations.
