Debevoise & Plimpton LLP partner Jennifer L. Chu will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s “Acquiring or Selling the Privately Held Company” seminar. The seminar, which runs for two days, guides attendees through the steps associated with acquiring and selling a privately held company.

Ms. Chu’s presentation will focus specifically on techniques and issues in negotiating indemnification provisions.

Ms. Chu is a corporate partner and member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups. Her practice focuses on advising corporations and private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate matters, across a broad range of industries with a particular focus on transactions in the healthcare, financial services and insurance industries.
