Debevoise & Plimpton LLP partner Paul D. Rubin will join panelists at ACI’s 6th Annual Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Forum on Dietary Supplements to discuss introducing CBD hemp oil into the dietary supplement space.

Following a surge of interest in the use of CBD hemp oil as a dietary ingredient, the panel will determine whether hemp can be used legally as a dietary supplement, examine the dangers of and obstacles posed by DEA regulations, predict the likelihood of enforcement actions and survey AG office positions on hemp oil in various states.

Paul D. Rubin is a corporate partner based in the Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Group. His practice focuses on FDA/FTC regulatory matters.
