For the second year in a row, Debevoise & Plimpton LLP claims the top spot on the Chambers Associate Best Firms for Diversity list. The list is determined based on findings from the Chambers Associate Diversity Survey, which asks associates to rate their firm’s inclusivity training, efforts to recruit diverse talent, diversity mentoring, diverse staffing, promoting of diverse lawyers and how hard it is to make partner if you start a family.

In recognizing the firm’s achievement, Chambers noted that survey takers were pleased with the firm’s vast diversity and mentorship initiatives as well as the success of the Women’s Resource Group. “Our leader two years in a row, Debevoise . . . is famous for its considerate, collaborative working culture, so diversity efforts really are a natural product of that,” said Chambers.
