Debevoise & Plimpton has been named one of the “Best Law Firms for Women” by Working Mother. The 11th annual list, released in conjunction with ABA Journal, recognizes firms utilizing best practices in retaining and promoting women lawyers, including offering flexible work arrangements and targeted sponsorship programs.

In announcing Debevoise’s addition to the list, Working Mother noted the success of the firm’s Women’s Task Force, which commissioned a survey of women alum that examined their experiences with a focus on improving retention of high-performing women associates.

Working Mother magazine is the only national magazine for career-committed mothers, focusing on championing positive cultural change in the workplace. This year, ABA Journal collaborated with Working Mother on their “Best Law Firms for Women” list to explore what firms can do to bring gender parity to firm leadership.
