Debevoise partner Rebecca F. Silberstein will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s Nineteenth Annual Private Equity Forum. Ms. Silberstein’s panel, “How to Market Private Equity Funds on a Global Basis,” will cover organizing global fund-raising efforts, addressing key issues in U.S. and European fund-raising.

Ms. Silberstein is a corporate partner in the Investment Management Group and is Co-Head of the firm’s Private Equity Group. She focuses on advising investment banks, financial institutions and boutique firms as sponsors of global private equity, leveraged buyout, energy and infrastructure, banking and financial services, mezzanine, credit and distressed debt funds and bespoke fund products and separate accounts.
