Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising NJRetina, a nationally renowned provider of eyecare and retina services, on the formation of a strategic affiliation with Quad-C Management, Inc., a leading middle market private equity firm. Through this strategic affiliation, Quad-C has closed on a joint investment with NJRetina in NJEye, LLC, a regional eyecare administrative services organization.

NJRetina is one of the largest and most successful retina practices in the country. NJRetina operates 15 clinical sites throughout New Jersey and formed NJEye to provide administrative and non-clinical services to eyecare specialists in New Jersey and the surrounding region.
