Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Morgan Stanley Capital Partners in its acquisition of Impact Fitness, formerly a Bain Capital portfolio company.

Morgan Stanley Capital Partners is a leading middle-market private equity platform that has invested capital in a broad spectrum of industries for over three decades. It focuses on privately negotiated equity and equity-related investments primarily in North America. Impact Fitness, a franchisee of Planet Fitness, one of the largest and fastest-growing franchisors of fitness centers in the United States, is headquartered in Brighton, Michigan with locations across the U.S. and Canada.
