Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC), a non-profit based in Palo Alto, California, serves the global technology sector by promoting business-practical resolution of technology and technology-related business disputes. SVAMC members have expertise in the resolution of a broad array of technology related disputes and work in connection with several arbitral institutions in major jurisdictions around the globe and practices arbitration and mediation domestically and internationally.
In addition to this most recent election, Ms. Popova has previously been recognized within the legal community as one of the top international lawyers of her generation. She sits as arbitrator and serves as counsel in a broad range of international matters, and has particular experience in the technology, media, telecommunications, energy and mining sectors. She has assumed leadership positions in various international arbitration organizations, including as a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
