Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised BNY Mellon in its role as the depositary bank in Ignitis grupė’s offering of approximately 20 million shares in the form of shares and global depositary receipts, and the listing of the shares on Nasdaq Vilnius and the global depositary receipts on the London Stock Exchange. The total size of the offering was €450 million.

Ignitis grupė is a leading utility and renewable energy company in the Baltic region. Its core business is focused on operating electricity and gas distribution networks, and managing and developing its Green Generation portfolio.
