Debevoise & Plimpton LLP’s International Dispute Resolution Group partner Dietmar W. Prager has been appointed to the International Arbitration Committee of KCAB International to serve a three-year term beginning 1 June 2021. The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) is one of Asia’s leading international arbitration institutions. KCAB International is an independent division of KCAB established to deal with international disputes. Comprised of 19 distinguished international arbitration experts, the International Arbitration Committee is used by the KCAB International for consultation on issues relating to the appointment, challenge, replacement and removal of arbitrators.

Dr. Prager’s recent representations include disputes involving complex infrastructure projects, investment treaties, shareholder disputes, mining and energy projects, the finance sector, sovereign debt and distribution agreements.
