The San Francisco office of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and PayPal Holdings Inc., in partnership with Start Small Think Big, held a virtual pro bono clinic for low-income small business owners on legal issues related to doing business online. PayPal and Debevoise lawyers teamed up to advise small business owners on topics including terms of use, privacy policies and select issues in intellectual property. Six PayPal lawyers, and eight Debevoise lawyers participated in the clinic.

Start Small Think Big is a national nonprofit organization providing free legal, financial and marketing services to under-resourced small businesses across the country through a robust network of professional volunteers.
