Debevoise & Plimpton LLP M&A partner Sue Meng has been named to Variety’s New York Women’s Impact Report 2023. This year’s Women’s Impact Report highlights the women who made an impact on the media landscape in the past year.

Ms. Meng is a corporate partner and member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Private Equity Groups and is Co-Chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. Her practice focuses on advising public companies, boards of directors and special committees, and private equity firms in connection with mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and other significant corporate matters. Ms. Meng was selected Dealmaker of the Year by The American Lawyer (2022) for her representation of Discovery in its $130 billion acquisition of WarnerMedia from AT&T, one of the largest deals in the world in 2021.
