Debevoise & Plimpton LLP announces that Dominique Trudelle has been promoted to counsel in the firm’s M&A Group in the San Francisco office, effective immediately. Ms. Trudelle, who joined the firm in 2017, focuses her practice on advising private equity firms and corporate clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions across a range of industries, including technology and healthcare. The firm’s M&A team in San Francisco is part of a global network of more than 100 M&A lawyers, led by Co-Chairs Kevin Rinker and Chris Anthony.
