Debevoise & Plimpton LLP partners Ina Popova and Zachary Saltzman have again been named to Benchmark Litigation’s “40 & Under List,” which highlights the most accomplished litigation partners across the U.S. Partners named to the list are recognized as the “best and brightest” in their field and for handling high-stakes and precedent-setting cases.

The honorees represent a wide array of litigation expertise:

Ina Popova, partner in New York, focuses on international arbitration, international litigation and public international law. Ms. Popova represents both private parties and States in a broad range of international matters. She sits as arbitrator and is admitted to practice in Paris and New York.

Zachary Saltzman, partner in New York, has a broad practice involving complex commercial matters for clients across a range of industries, including private equity, sports & entertainment, and insurance, with an emphasis on asset management litigation and complex contractual disputes. Mr. Saltzman has significant experience litigating cases through trial in both state and federal courts.

Winners were selected based on several phases of research including peer and client review, along with examination of individual cases.
