Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Airbus Operations Limited (“AOL”) in its £6,409,388 Compound Penalty Settlement with HM Revenue and Customs (“HMRC”) relating to a self-disclosure to HMRC of export control violations occurring prior to November 2022.

AOL fully cooperated with HMRC’s investigation and implemented appropriate remediation measures. The Compound Penalty Settlement closes and fully resolves the investigation.
