Debevoise Advises Sirius Computer Solutions in Equity Sale to Funds Managed by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice Fund

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc., a leading national IT solutions integrator, in a sale in which funds managed by private investment firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice will acquire a majority equity interest in Sirius. Sirius’ current majority owners, funds managed by Kelso & Company, will exit their investment in the transaction.
