Berk Guler is an associate in the Litigation Department.Mr. Guler joined Debevoise in 2021. He received a J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 2021, where he was an articles editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. Prior to and during law school, Mr. Guler worked as a paralegal and legal analyst at the World Bank Office of Suspension and Debarment. Previously, he worked as a transfer pricing associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.Mr. Guler is the author of “Representing the Sovereign Ethically: Increasing Prosecutorial Accountability Through Disciplinary System Enhancements,” 33 Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics 575 (2020). He is also a co-author of “US Compliance Enforcement,” Global Investigations Review (September, 2022).Mr. Guler received a B.A. magna cum laude from Georgetown University in 2014. He is a native Turkish speaker.
