Abigail Liles is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on copyright, trademark, and false advertising issues, to include platform secondary liability, artificial intelligence, and fair use. 

Ms. Liles joined Debevoise in 2022. Ms. Liles received a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2022, where she was on the Journal of Law and Technology and was the head teaching fellow of Harvard’s CopyrightX distance learning course. She received a B.A. cum laude from Pomona College in 2015.

Ms. Liles is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and is admitted to appear before the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
