Akua Dawes is a litigation associate.

Ms. Dawes joined Debevoise in 2020. Ms. Dawes received a J.D. from Rutgers Law School magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, where she was a senior editor of the Rutgers Law Review and a fellow for the Center on Law, Inequality and Metropolitan Equity. She received a B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2017.
