Alex Bracco is a corporate law clerk and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. 

Mr. Bracco joined Debevoise in 2023. Mr. Bracco received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2023, where he was an articles editor of the NYU Journal of Law & Business. He received a B.A. from Boston College in 2020.
