Alfie Scott is a corporate associate and a member of the Funds/Investment Management Group.

Mr. Scott’s practice focuses on advising asset managers on a variety of fund-related UK and EU regulation. His practice has a particular focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters, and he has experience advising clients on SFDR, CSRD and other ESG-related regulation.

Mr. Scott joined Debevoise as a trainee solicitor in 2022 and completed his training in the firm’s London office. He studied at the University of St Andrews, with a year spent studying at the University of California, Los Angeles, and graduated with an MA (Hons) in 2020. He completed the GDL and LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in 2021 and 2022, respectively.

Mr. Scott was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in September 2024.
