Alice Gu is a corporate associate and a member of the Capital Markets Group.
Ms. Gu joined Debevoise in 2020. Ms. Gu received a J.D. from Yale Law School in 2020, where she was a notes & comments editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation. She received a B.Sc. with honours from the University of British Columbia in 2016.
