Ali Nierenberg is a corporate associate and a member of the Investment Management Group. Her practice focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts, covering numerous sectors and strategies, including buyout, infrastructure and real estate. Ms. Nierenberg’s recent experience includes acting for clients such as EIG Global Energy Partners, Global Infrastructure Partners, Leeds Equity Partners, JP Morgan and Tishman Speyer.

Ms. Nierenberg joined Debevoise in 2017. Ms. Nierenberg received a J.D. from New York University in 2017, where she was an articles editor for the Annual Survey of American Law. She received a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2014.
