Andrew Stamboulidis is an associate in the firm’s White Collar & Regulatory Defense Group. His practice focuses on securities-related enforcement defense, DOJ investigations, SEC and FINRA examinations, and internal investigations. His clients include individuals, private firms and public companies.
Mr. Stamboulidis maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in criminal matters in federal district court and in New York state court. As part of this practice, he has argued a criminal appeal before New York State’s highest court, the New York Court of Appeals.
Mr. Stamboulidis joined Debevoise in 2021. From 2024 to 2025, he clerked for the Hon. Joan M. Azrack of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Stamboulidis received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2021, where he was a staff editor and competitor for the New York University Moot Court Board. He received a B.A. from Brown University in 2018.
Mr. Stamboulidis is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York and Southern District of New York.
