Andrew Van Duyn is a litigation associate and a member of the International Dispute Resolution Group. His practice focuses on international arbitration, cross-border litigation, and complex commercial disputes.

Mr. Van Duyn maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing defendants under the Criminal Justice Act and a plaintiff in a civil rights suit against the City of New York.

Mr. Van Duyn joined Debevoise in 2021. He received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2021, where he was  a Robert McKay Scholar and a managing editor of the Journal of International Law & Politics. Mr. Van Duyn received his B.S. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School in 2016.
