Antoine d’Ornano is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. His practice concentrates on mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, financing transactions and French and European commercial and labour matters.

Mr. d’Ornano is the co-author of various articles on French corporate law and tax issues including "Mergers and Acquisitions in France", IFLR Special Issues (April 1989), "Le banquier et le LBO à la française, ses Préoccupations Juridiques et Fiscales", Fusions et Acquisitions (March 1990) and the France chapter in Collier International Business Insolvency Guide (September 2013).

Mr. d’Ornano joined the Paris Office of Debevoise in 1985. He graduated from Université de Paris-X (1973), Cambridge (UK) University (1976) and New York University (1985). Antoine d’Ornano is a member of the Paris and New York bars.
