Ashlee Vega-Slattery is a corporate staff attorney and a member of the Investment Management Group.
Mrs. Vega-Slattery joined Debevoise in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she was a senior program manager at an American multinational technology company, where she managed and executed the corporate legal aspects of internal tax planning and restructuring transactions. Prior to that, she worked at a real estate investment firm, where she led the execution of acquisitions, dispositions and refinancing transactions.
Mrs. Vega-Slattery received a J.D. from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro University in 2023. She received a B.A. from Baruch College in 2011.
Mrs. Vega-Slattery is the author of “Adult-Use Cannabis: Land Use Limits on Recreational Consumption in New York,” New York Zoning Law and Practice Report (January/February 2023).
Mrs. Vega-Slattery is a member of the Bar of the State of New York. She is fluent in Spanish.
