Ashley Romeo is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Banking Group.

Ms. Romeo joined Debevoise in 2026. Ms. Romeo received her J.D. cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law in 2026, where she was an executive notes and comments editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. She received a B.B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Miami in 2023.
