Ben Stadler is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s White Collar Group.

Mr. Stadler joined Debevoise in 2019. He has an active practice advising clients in connection with federal and state regulatory investigations. His recent matters include advising crypto and blockchain-related clients in connection to investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, and other federal and state regulators.

Mr. Stadler received his J.D. magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2019, where he was the recipient of the Arthur Gluckman Memorial Award and a member of the Brooklyn Law Review and the Moot Court Honor Society. During law school, Mr. Stadler was a student prosecutor in the Eastern District of New York from 2018 to 2019. He received a B.A. from Cornell University in 2006.
