Bianca Kolias is an associate and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group in Luxembourg.

Ms. Kolias assists asset managers, fund promoters and institutional investors with structuring and setting up Luxembourg regulated and unregulated (alternative) investment fund structures. She also advises on marketing and fund distribution related matters, anti-money laundering and sustainable finance.

Ms. Kolias joined Debevoise in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience at several international law firms in Luxembourg, Singapore and at a major European legal institution.

She attained an LL.M. with a certificate in business law from the School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley and an LL.M. in European law from Humboldt University of Berlin. She received her LL.B. with a dual degree in English law and German law, from King’s College London.

Ms. Kolias is fluent in English, German and Greek.
