Brad D. Subramaniam is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. 

Mr. Subramaniam joined Debevoise in 2025. Mr. Subramaniam received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2025, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Virginia Journal of Law & Technology. He received an A.B. from the University of Chicago in 2021. 

Mr. Subramaniam is fluent in Bosnian-Croatian-Serbian (BCS).
