Caitlin Tully (“Cat”) is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Tully joined Debevoise in 2025.  From 2016 to 2017 she clerked for the Hon. Guido Calabresi on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Tully received a J.D. from Yale Law School in 2014, where she was a Coker Fellow and awarded the Burton H. Brody Prize for the Best Paper on Constitutional Privacy. Ms. Tully received an A.B. magna cum laude from Princeton University in 2010 and an M.A. from Princeton University in 2019. Prior to joining Debevoise, she was a corporate associate at a leading firm in New York City and the 2023 Samuel I. Golieb Fellow at NYU School of Law. Ms. Tully is a member of the board of the Perlman Music Program.
